Our rapid growth and strategic vision have allowed us to reach significant milestones over the years. In 2016, we celebrated a major achievement by hiring our 200th employee, marking a period of significant expansion. The following year, in 2017, we extended our operations into Canada through the acquisition of DAA, strengthening our presence across North America.

In 2018, we enhanced our servicing capabilities by introducing new features that improved our ability to provide fast, reliable, and efficient roadside assistance. By year 2019, we had served over 7 million customers. In 2020, we had built our third call center as part of the Tennessee Project 95 State partnership, increasing our capacity to support drivers and businesses with 24/7 assistance.

In 2021, we reached a defining moment in our company’s growth by becoming the largest fleet provider in the industry. This accomplishment solidified our reputation as a trusted leader in roadside assistance.
