Thank you for your interest in becoming a contracted TrxNow Service Provider. Please carefully review the details in the FAQ below to ensure your application is completed correctly and thoroughly as we continue to grow our network.
Complete the application as accurately as possible. Applications will only be submitted for review once all required fields are completed. Failing to answer required questions may delay processing and could impact your acceptance into our network.
IMPORTANT: To help expedite your review and potential onboarding, we strongly encourage you to complete the Standard Rates section in full. Applications that include clearly outlined rates aligned with our network standards may move through the approval process more efficiently and increase your opportunity to join our network sooner.
What services can I apply for?
We are looking for dependable providers for the following service types:
- Soft Service Roadside Types: Lockouts, Jumpstarts, Tire Changes, Tire Swaps, and Fuel Deliveries.
- Towing Services: Light Duty, Medium Duty, and Heavy-Duty towing, including winching and accident management.
- Vehicle Transports: Relocation services for fleet and specialty logistics.
- Secondary Towing: Relocating vehicles from initial drop points to preferred repair facilities.
- Accident Towing: Towing service provided from the scene of a motor vehicle accident, including recovery, debris management (if applicable), and transport to the approved destination.
What type of job volume will I get?
TrxNow provides services across the US, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Call volume will vary depending on many factors. Our team will happily outline that after the application is submitted.
When will I first hear about my application status?
If we determine whether you are eligible for our network based on your application, a member of our Nexus team will be in touch within 5 to 7 business days of your submission.
Insurance Requirements (Towing & Roadside Providers)
To participate in our network, Service Providers must maintain active insurance coverage that meets current towing and roadside industry standards. A valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) is required before onboarding and must remain current at all times.
Coverage requirements may vary by service type, vehicle class, client requirements, and state minimums.
Required Coverages & Minimum Limits
Commercial General Liability (CGL)
- $1,000,000 per occurrence
- $2,000,000 general aggregate
- Additional Insured: Required
Commercial Auto Liability
- Must include Owned, Hired, and Non-Owned Autos (Any Auto preferred)
- $1,000,000 CSL per occurrence (combined bodily injury & property damage)
- Additional Insured: Required
On-Hook / Cargo Liability (Required for towing / transport)
- $100,000 – $250,000 per occurrence
(Higher limits may be required for HD, specialty, or high-value vehicles.)
Garagekeepers Liability (Required if you store vehicles)
- $100,000 – $300,000 per occurrence
(Applies to vehicles stored on-site or in your care/custody/control.)
Workers’ Compensation
- Required for all employees and must meet state minimums
- Employer’s Liability: $500,000 minimum recommended
(If exempt, proof of exemption may be required depending on state law.)
COI Submission Requirements
Your COI must list:
- Legal business name (must match your application)
- Operating address and storage address (if applicable)
- Policy numbers, effective dates, and limits
- Insurance carrier name
Important Notes:
- If state minimum requirements are higher than the limits above, you must carry the higher amount.
- Minimums may increase based on service type, volume, client stipulations, or risk profile.
- Coverage requirements are subject to change to remain aligned with industry standards.
