Founded in Johnson City, Tennessee, TrxNow has grown from a visionary startup to a trusted partner for businesses across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. This significant milestone is a testament to the dedication of the TrxNow team, the unwavering support of its clients, and the forward-thinking leadership that has guided the company’s journey. 

From its inception in 2014, TrxNow has been committed to serving our customers, providing cutting-edge solutions, exceeding client expectations, and fostering a culture of innovation. Over the past eleven years, the company has achieved numerous milestones, including extending business to Canada through the acquisition of Dominion Automobile Association (DAA) in 2017, serving 7 million customers by 2019, and by 2020, we had established our third call center!
