dSaaS delivered by TrxNow is powered by MaXcast, our proprietary multicast technology, is revolutionizing Roadside Assistance. Unlike the traditional digital dispatch process, MaXcast crowd-sources information from a multitude of service providers at once returning the best option based on predetermined qualifications set forth by the partner (ETA, claims cost, en-route distance, etc.). dSaaS is supported by all leading platforms and has proven to be the provider preferred methodology for obtaining dispatches. dSaaS simplifies and improves the customer experience by providing them with visibility to all aspects of the service call from start until finish. A Roadside Assistance customer can view their event in real-time as the provider accepts the dispatch, makes their way to the location of the service call and completes the job. Real-time updates for any exceptions are sent directly to the customer allowing for communication directly with the provider. After each service call, a customized survey is offered to the customer capturing important data which is made available to the partner in real time.
tSaaS delivered by TrxNow is powered by MaXcast, our proprietary crowd sourcing technology that is enabling service providers to more accurately accept jobs that are tailored to their service offering. Logistics and Fleet managers can enable and disable connectivity to each driver or provider based on their skill level and availability from a remote location. For the service provider, they have the option of downloading our application via the Google Play Store and iTunes App Store or they can opt for a single use hyperlink via text message for each dispatch. You can now monitor driver activity including vehicle location, disablement address, duration of the service call and driver status. tSaaS offers you detailed tracking information related to your company equipment and vehicles as well as allows you the ability to keep an eye on productivity levels and overall customer satisfaction.
